Licence Terms

These terms set out what you may and may not do with artwork purchased from Aurel. They form part of our Terms of Service.

What you are buying

You are buying a licence to use the artwork. You are not buying the artwork itself. All copyright and other intellectual property rights in every design remain with PS Global Supplies.

What you may do

Your licence is personal, non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual. You may:

Use the designs as wallpapers or backgrounds on devices you personally own — phone, tablet, computer, watch, television
Keep your own backup copies of the files
Reformat or crop a design so it fits one of your own screens properly

What you may not do

You may not:

Sell, resell, licence, sublicence, rent or lend the files, in whole or in part
Share, distribute, upload or publish the files anywhere others can obtain them, including cloud folders, forums, messaging groups, wallpaper apps and file-sharing sites
Use the designs in any commercial context — including advertising, packaging, merchandise, printed products, websites, apps, or client work
Print the designs for sale or for display in a commercial space
Mint, list or trade the designs as NFTs or any other tokenised asset
Claim authorship of the designs, or present them as your own work
Use the designs to train, fine-tune or otherwise develop machine learning models
Remove or alter any watermark, signature, metadata or credit contained in the files

Sharing within a household

You may use the files on devices belonging to people who live in your household. You may not send the files to friends, colleagues, or anyone outside it.

Commercial licensing

If you would like to use a design commercially, we are open to it — get in touch at hello@aurelarts.com and we will discuss terms.

If you breach these terms

Your licence ends automatically if you breach it. When that happens, you must stop using the designs and delete the files. We may pursue any legal remedy available to us.
